Jackass of the Minute

Roger Toussaint is his name. He's one of the union leaders behind the transit strike in NYC. How did he beat out sooooo many jerks to win this award. He hit a pet peeve, he politicized the bench. He suggests that the "distinct possiblity" that a judge whom issued a order which he and the union are violating will put him in jail is politics and corruption and all that jazz. Tell you what, go into any court in this land of ours and tell the judge you don't have to do what he says--it's what we call contempt of court and, frankly, I think the judge should throw his butt in jail just to show him who wears the robes in this house.
