Whoever hacked Rep. Capito's (R-WV) website. Turns out the hackers support Sen. Byrd (D-WV), who holds the seat Congresswoman Capito is currently campaigning for. Nice. Of course, now the Friends of Robert C. Byrd have denied responsibility by posting a message on their own website.
If you can't win fairly, then cheat, but cheat better than that, please.
