And the rest of Middle-East! They're giving tons of aid. Europe doesn't seem to be giving much at all. Kuwait is giving 500 million dollars and lots of free oil. Now, I don't want to be a jerk and not mention that Saudi Arabia is giving 1.5 billion, but Kuwait ain't no Saudi Arabia--and I think we're all a little cynical about the US/Saudi relationship. But still... Emoodz has the list of all the Arab aid givers. I mean the French sent cots. It nice to know who your friends are.
